Today is Sunday 8th of January it is a lovely day I will do the chores which are only done on Sundays I will go to the vegetable market to buy some fruits and vegetables Then I will go the Hara Rama Hare Krishna temple to pray and buy some sweets. Previously i used to countervail to clean up the naimal orphanage at the Nairobi National park where I used to feed the cheetahs
During the day I will do some menial tasks like reading  important  topics used in Corporat finance and Mediation, Late in the day i will do some physical exercise to maintain fitfulness and reduce my body

weight.
